This product is a preorder, open from July 14th to August 1st and expected to ship in November 2022.
♥ Introduction
If you're not familiar with my previous work, I'm Nene Perez and I have been running my online store Shiroi Room for 6+ years. In my normal store I offer ready to ship merchandise while in this one I will offer special preorder items.
♥ What is a preorder?
A preorder is purchasing a piece of merchandise that hasn't been fully produced yet. That means your order doesn't ship soon after you place it, instead there is a period of time between your placing your order and it being shipped. During this time the merchandise is produced, inspected and any problems arising are addressed and once it is ready it ships.
♥ How long will it take?
This preorder is expected to ship in late October 2023. Hopefully sooner.
Please remember that shipping times are still unreliable so that might alter the expectations.
♥ How do you determine how long it takes?
There's three main steps before the merchandise is ready to ship: production, shipping, quality check / processing. I have estimated the time each step takes with help of the people that will be performing those tasks, add a little extra for unexpected circumstances and that's how the time for order completion is calculated.
♥ Will I be updated during the process?
Yes, there is a mailing list you will be part of that will keep you updated with how things are going, any time there's a milestone reached or a new development you will be notified. You should receive at least one email in the following month after placing your order so if you don't see it please check your spam folder, sadly it ends there sometimes.
♥ Can I cancel my preorder?
You can cancel your preorder and get a full refund if you cancel while the preorder is still open. Once the preorder is closed if you cancel you will be refunded full shipping but only 50% of the value of the product.
♥ Shipping information
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number that will be sent to you once your order is ready to ship.
Please remember to fill all fields, like phone and email and make sure your address is correct, especially international orders. This is very important otherwise it cannot be sent.
♥ EU and UK orders.
VAT taxes will not be collected in this preorder which means you will be responsible for paying them once the item reaches your country, this is why your contact information such as phone number and email are extremely important if you're ordering from and EU country or UK.
In case the package is returned, it can be shipped again but shipping will be charged again. If you decide you don't want it anymore, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded 50% of the value order minus the shipping.
GERMANY: Due to new packaging regulations very recently implemented in Germany I cannot ship there until I resolve that situation so sadly preorders are not available for Germany. If any order to Germany happens to go through the system I would need to cancel it and you will be refunded in full.
♥ What happens in the event something goes wrong?
You should be subscribed to the Mailing list. Any development in the process will be first notified by email.
In the event something would happen that would result in:
- A delay in fulfillment:
A delay of a month is considered acceptable, if it goes over one month you will be offered the possibility of a full refund or continue waiting.
- Cancelled fulfillment:
I don't know what might happen in the future but in the last years I learned that it can get really crazy so if something happens and I'm incapable of fulfilling your preorder you will be automatically refunded in full.
